Job overview

Schools Coordinator

Fixed Term until end of November 2019

Yorkshire and Humber

The link between low income and low academic attainment is greater in the UK than almost any other developed nation. Children eligible for free school meals are less likely to get good GCSEs and go on to higher education. This makes it more likely they will struggle throughout their lives, widening social inequality. It’s a cycle that we’re determined to break.

We work with thousands of brilliant teachers, schools, universities and partners in England and Wales and we are seeking an exceptional Schools Coordinator, to join our local area team in Yorkshire and Humber on a fixed term basis.

The Schools Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring effective systems are created to allow the day-to-day smooth running of the region. The Coordinator will be key in facilitating the securing of placement on our participants through effective communications with schools, tracking and monitoring engagement and providing administrative support to the broader School Partnership team.

You are someone who sets up business processes to deliver successful outcomes, assesses their effectiveness and reviews performance measures relating to each. In addition, you have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and display good research and investigation skills to enable strategic decision making by others.

Along with the satisfaction of knowing you are working for an organization who are making a real difference, you will also receive £21460 per annum & excellent benefits.

The day when no child’s future is limited by their background is coming, yet, there is still more to be done. Join us and help us ensure every child in the UK has a fair shot at achieving their ambitions.
