We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed Full Time Duty Manager to oversee the day to day management of our multi-use, top of the range sports facilities in Clifton, Bristol. If you’re passionate about the leisure industry then this role could be just for you! If you consider yourself to be reliable, a great team player, able to communicate with confidence and calm under pressure then we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone with excellent business acumen to develop and promote the commercial side of the business, motivate and develop staff to required standards and assist in the management the school’s sports requirements.

You will have a sports or leisure related qualification ideally, with experience in a sport and leisure working environment. A first aid at work qualification is desirable as well as a knowledge of industry health and safety. The successful candidate will work on a shift rota system which will include days, evenings and weekends
