Continual professional development of colleagues is very important to us and staff are encouraged to attend relevant training courses throughout the year. All teaching colleagues also have one period per fortnight over and above their allocated non-contact time for personal development. There are also many opportunities for staff to take on extra responsibilities both within the department and across the school.
