Trust Estates Development Manager

No two days will be the same, this is varied role which will give you the opportunity to utilise your existing skills and knowledge whilst developing new ones. You will be responsible for delivering large-scale capital projects, identifying new opportunities, ensuring health, safety and regulatory compliance, provide technical and compliance support to local site service teams and assist with FM contracts. This is both a strategic and operational role which as the Trust expands will develop further. 

 You will be experienced in project management and tendering processes for high value new works/maintenance, including writing specifications for works. Ensuring compliance across our sites is also essential. You will need to be agile to adapt to changing circumstances, be an effective communicator, both written and orally, and able to work effectively in a team whilst leading by example.
