Job title: Tutor - Post 16/Adult Education
Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Salary:
£25,000 to £27,540 per annum dependent on experience, training or qualifications The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: a recognised teaching qualification and experience working with young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Contract dates:
ASAP start, ongoing permanent role, 37.5 hours per week
The role:
Working as a Tutor with young adults with learning disabilities to help them move closer to the job market. You will work closely with a small group of learners on a programme created to develop their employability skills. You will be teaching Functional Maths and English and you will be doing a mixture of face to face and online learning.

Requirements:
To be considered for the Tutor position, you will:
- Have a passion to make a difference to people's lives
- Have a recognised Teaching qualification at at least a level 5
- Be comfortable and confident with working both face to face and online
- Knowledge and experience delivering Level 2 Functional Skills English and Maths
