Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and talented leader to the post of Vice-Principal (Quality of Education) at our highly successful, flourishing and over-subscribed 11-18 academy.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, able to model excellent teaching & learning, and to ensure that this is at the heart of everything we do.  They will be an inspiring leader with a track record of improving standards, who is committed to the Academy's and the Trust's vision and values, and determined to ensure that all students achieve, thrive and enjoy their time at the academy.  They will be able to demonstrate a real passion for education and a genuine desire to ensure that this is consistently of the highest quality possible.
