Thankful Gratitude Leaves Crafts

Thankful Gratitude Leaves Crafts

Thankful Leaves! Showing gratitude has been proven to increase long-term well-being, improve health, relationships, emotions and help us bounce back from stressful experiences. In this pack you will receive a range of "unbe-leaf-able" (heh heh) different leaf patterns in 2 different sizes: whole page and half page. You will also receive 2 versions: one with unique prompts and another that is blank giving you full flexibility! Students can colour the leaves, cut them out, reflect on their gratitude and then display these in your classroom in so many different ways! These are ideal for PSHE or Tutor Time and they work well for silent or discussion activities to start or end the school day, plus it's also great for teachers too: we can all take time to have an attitude of gratitude and these would look wonderful up in the staff room!

An Assembly based on a poem called "bullied" - Script, presentation and MP4 music track

An Assembly based on a poem called "bullied" - Script, presentation and MP4 music track

This assembly is based on a Poem by 13 year old, encourages empathy with someone who is being bullied. It is suited to the upper Primary Age Range. Please read Licence requirements below for the music. Mirror Assemblies provide ready-made assemblies including scripts presentations and linked music in the form of a presentation which encourages thought and reflection as a warm-up for the main part of the assembly. For more information go to mirrorassemblies.co.uk Music embedded in powerpoint for pupils to enter and exit assembly. We at Mirror Assemblies believe that those precious moments when children are entering and exiting from assembly each day can be used to : * start the children thinking about the theme for the assembly * to connect to moods and emotions that will be explored in an assembly * to pose questions and invite ideas This Presentation is suitable for the lower primary school age range. IMPORTANT The license for using this assembly in your own class is £2, but if you wish to use this resource for a whole school assembly you will need to purchase the school license. The music license for this assembly only allows you to use this assembly or parts of it, in your own school as many times as you wish, and if you change school you cannot take this resources with you. If you like this assembly you will find it more economical to purchase themes from Mirrorassemblies.co.uk where your school can subscribe to any number of themes for periods from one term to 5 years. This will allow you access to all new assembly materials added to that theme or those themes instantly.

Rugby - PowerPoint and Teaching Display Materials + 31 Ways To Use This Resource In The Classroom

Rugby - PowerPoint and Teaching Display Materials + 31 Ways To Use This Resource In The Classroom

This is a great resource to show at the same time the World Rugby Cup is on. Discuss the actions on the playing field, the different aspects of the game and how the players are feeling in each photo. You could look at it directly as a presentation and discuss the different activities being shown in each of the photos. I also added a PowerPoint to show you 31 different ways you could use this teaching resource in your classroom. You could print off and laminate the photos to make an interesting, eye-catching display about Rugby. The students could also take the laminated photos and sort them into different groupings. The students can then discuss what they think each one was saying or thinking. The photos could also be used as prompts for creative writing, factual writing or descriptive writing.
