This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy and expanding Trust as part of the Business Team.

We are looking to appoint an ambitious, self-motivated individual with good all-round skills in HR, finance and administration.

This important role has two aspects - firstly, on a school level, to manage most day to day business operations at The Castle School (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Administration, Catering). Secondly, at a Trust level, to coordinate HR functions, including payroll, HR related policies and casework across all Trust schools.

This is a varied, busy and rewarding role for which no two days are ever the same!

The successful candidate will have experience of working in either HR, Finance or Administration and will have:

  • Personal drive and initiative
  • Excellent ICT, organisation and communication skills.
  • A flexible approach with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • A strong track record of efficient and proactive work with an excellent attendance and punctuality record
