Our multi-academy Trust is a community of academies with a shared vision for our children.  We currently operate ten academies (nine primaries and a secondary) across Bath and Wiltshire, educating 3,500 learners.   We are focused on providing an exceptional, inclusive learning environment for all.

Our families face a range of challenges, coming from all points of the demographic spectrum 21st Century Britain represents, with a number from a background of disadvantage.  Whilst the specific context of each school varies, we see the considerable advantages to collaboration and sharing expertise to build authentic Trust Dividend.   Innovation and inspirational enrichment opportunities are at the heart of our approach with character education as a key foundation.   The retirement of our current Chief Executive creates an opportunity for a new leader to play a pivotal role as we embark on the next phase of our growth and development.  There is much to build upon.

You will have a successful track record of leadership with an in-depth understanding of developing school improvement and leading within a complex organisation, to impact positively on standards.  Partnership and collaboration will be key as you work with other talented leaders within and outside the Trust.  This is a highly visible role requiring strategic vision, exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.  You will believe in the power and moral purpose of education and model and insist on the highest of standards for all.   Above all, you will share our ethos, values and ambitions for our diverse communities and specifically our children so that they can achieve their full potential.  They deserve the very best.
