We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified/experienced Cover Supervisor who will oversee classes during the short term absences of teaching staff. Appropriate work will be provided and it will be your role to manage student behaviour and keep them focused and on task. You will need to be flexible, have a desire to work with young people and have a calm and authoritative manner. The post would be ideal for a graduate looking to become a qualified teacher in due course.
The Oakwood Academy is working in partnership with The Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill Teaching School Alliance and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and the chance to work alongside other high performing schools in the region. Oakwood became an academy, sponsored by The Redhill Academy Trust, on 1st April 2015.
