The Firs School is an inspirational, independent primary school and pre-school in the heart of the beautiful city of Chester. The Directors are keen to appoint a highly motivated and experienced teacher to manage and lead our Early Years Foundation Stage. In our 2016 ISI inspection our Early Years setting was given ‘excellent’ in all areas and in our 2017 ISI inspection we were found to be compliant in all areas.
As EYFS Leader you will be responsible for a team of six staff and will be a pivotal member of the School Leadership Team. The post comes with a teaching commitment in the Reception class but leadership and management time will be allocated in order to allow the successful candidate to develop staff and continue to raise attainment.
