An Associate Assistant Headteacher position will be considered for candidates who are looking for their next step towards whole school leadership. We are part of the Castle Phoenix Trust who specialise in leadership development and can offer a comprehensive and exciting leadership development package including coaching support.

Full time, starting preferably at Easter 2023

(June start considered if you have exam classes)

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to lead our Maths faculty and take responsibility for an aspect of whole school development at an exciting time in the school’s journey. We are looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring and excellent practitioner to join our extended leadership team from April 2023.

The successful applicant will:

·        Have experience in leading a team;

·        Have an ability to engage, enthuse and motivate students and staff;

·        Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching and learning;

·        Be able to teach Maths up to GCSE Level;

·        Have a record of consistently delivering strong GCSE results across a range of ability levels;

·        Deliver a curriculum that inspires and engages students and provides an aspirational and challenging learning experience.

·        Be a committed, highly competent, energised, reflective and resilient individual.

  • Possess the skills and determination to make a profound difference to the lives of our students by sharing our belief in the highest standards of academic achievement in an inclusive setting
  • have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills
