The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven record of outstanding results achieved through highly effective teaching skills at Key Stage 4 and Post 16.
  • An excellent record of impact through reflective leadership practice (curriculum or pastoral).
  • Experience in using data to identify and track student progress to drive interventions and improve outcomes.
  • A commitment to equal opportunities and inclusive education.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with students, staff, parents and governors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be flexible and a good team player.

Location: The school is centrally located in the London Borough of Redbridge, which is a very high achieving borough. There are excellent transport links to central and outer London, with Newbury Park station (zone 4 on the Central Line) only a four minute walk away.
