We are looking to recruit a suitably experienced Admin Assistant to join the HR Team, to support in the delivery of HR services to the School. The role includes all aspects of general administration including sickness and absence procedures, data entry in the School’s MIS, production of spreadsheets, templates and forms, as well as liaising with all teaching and support staff. Many processes require compliance with Safer Recruitment guidelines, KCSiE, and ISI regulations.

The successful candidate will have admin experience, excellent communication and IT skills, be highly organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met. Positivity, resilience and flexibility are a must. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our busy HR department.
