We are looking to recruit a qualified primary subject specialist teacher to work as a Tutor, providing 1:3 tuition sessions, face-to-face, in central Bristol, for pupils whose education has been most affected by school closures during the pandemic.

The role:  

We are looking for qualified Primary subject specialist teachers to deliver face to face tuition to KS2 / Key stage Two pupils on behalf of a Primary School based in central Bristol.  

All Tutors will be required to plan and deliver sessions.  The school will provide the Tutor with information about the students participating in each group, their current attainment levels, what needs to be covered during the sessions, and the expected outcomes for each tuition block.

On completion of the tuition block, the tutor will complete an evaluation to help assess the impact of the tuition.

Requirements: 

All Tutors must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) 

• Will have recent experience working in the Primary Sector

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
