Job overview

The New Model School (NMS) group of independent schools runs two excellent (as graded by ISI) and successful (as judged by our pupil progress and secondary transfers) independent primary schools in London.  We aim to provide a first-class traditional education, with a focus on developing a positive attitude to learning, at a more affordable cost.

We are looking for a Registrar and PA to work in our small Head Office near Ladbroke Grove.

The postholder will be responsible for managing the admissions process of all pupils at both NMS schools, assisting the Head Teachers with open mornings, working on marketing initiatives, acting as the first point of contact for the organisation, dealing with registration enquiries and supporting the CEO with PA duties, such as organising meetings and taking minutes. You will be answering calls, proactively selling the schools to prospective parents, updating the website, designing marketing and internal communication material, organising the office and supporting other colleagues.

We are looking for a strong communicator with an interest or background in Education who is well organised and can work effectively with a range of different people.

Part-time working during the holidays is possible.

If you are interested in the role please submit an up to date CV with a covering letter, outlining how you are suitable for the position and how you can support our Vision and Values to recruitment@newmodelschool.co.uk

Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and therefore early applications are advised.

NMS is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening and Enhanced DBS check.
