Ruthin School is a co-educational, independent boarding school for around 300 pupils aged between 11 and 19. Situated near the beautiful Clwydian Range in Denbighshire, North Wales, Ruthin School is one of the oldest public schools in the United Kingdom. The school focuses on academic excellence and has a strong family and pastoral ethos.

We are seeking a suitably qualified and professional body registered young person’s counsellor to support our students’ mental health and well-being. The counsellor will work alongside our pastoral, safeguarding and medical teams to provide a holistic approach to the care of our students.

The post will be for 1 day a week and will provide a “drop-in” service as well as scheduled appointments. Please download the job description and an application form from the School website
