Are you a talented ambitious practitioner seeking a key leadership post within the SEND team? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our school is at an exciting point in its evolution having recently joined the Sir John Brunner Trust and we are seeking to appoint a dynamic, well-motivated, determined leader to strengthen our senior leadership team. 

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding record as a leader and will be able to realise the ambitious vision of securing excellence in every aspect of school life especially for students with additional needs.

You will help shape the future direction of the enhanced provision department and the school, you will play a key role in the newly formed Raising Standards team to ensure students exceed expectations. Our ambition is to be in the top 20% of school nationally for student outcomes. If you have the energy, enthusiasm and experience to make that success a reality, we would welcome your application.

Middlewich High School is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary school in Middlewich, Cheshire. At its most recent inspection, there were 701 pupils aged 11-16 on the school roll.

The town of Middlewich is known for its three canals and has good motorway links to nearby Manchester and Liverpool. Middlewich High School was opened in 1906 and has remained on the same site ever since.

Middlewich High School converted to an academy school in December 2021 and joined the Sir John Brunner Foundation.
