Moulsham High School is a high performing comprehensive school where ‘behaviour is calm, and the atmosphere is productive and positive, making it a nice place to be (Ofsted 2020).   

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Standards and Progress leader for Easter 2023. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and influence the direction of the school’s already outstanding pastoral provision. Standards and Progress Leaders are senior leaders within the school and the post is a superb platform for further promotion. The successful candidate will have substantial experience of dealing with pastoral issues/liaising with external agencies and working closely with parents and carers. The year group the Standards and Progress Leader will be responsible for will be decided upon appointment. 

There is a reduced teaching commitment with this post of 30 x 1 hour lessons a fortnight.  

Visits to the school prior to application are most welcome and should be arranged using the contact details below. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and is not suitable for anyone who has been barred in any way from working with children.
