Hours per Week: 1.0 FTE

We are seeking to employ an experienced Industrial and Commercial building services engineer to join our teaching team within our Centre of excellence for construction and BES. Within this post you will train and assess Level 2 & 3 Service & Maintenance and Heating & Ventilation Apprentices who attend on a day and block release pattern from industry.

Prior experience of teaching in an FE or Sixth Form College would be desirable but not essential to fulfil this role, however a willingness to work towards a teaching qualification is essential.

We are looking for a dynamic, pro-active and professional individual. You must be committed to achieving excellence in teaching and learning, with a proven track record of results whether your experience comes from working in the Building Services industry or in a teaching capacity within Further Education.

The successful candidate will hold Heating and Ventilation Qualifications at Level 3 or greater and should be experienced in Commercial Heating, Ventilation, fuel systems and their controls.
