You will join a successful mathematics team, whose collaborative ethos ensures that colleagues are well supported, inspired and have outstanding opportunities to develop professionally in a friendly, positive and creative environment. Student outcomes in mathematics are good, both at GCSE and Advanced Level, where mathematics and further mathematics are popular choices.
This post provides the opportunity to become a Teaching and Learning Lead Practitioner, supporting the development of outstanding teaching and learning across the college.
Specifically, you will:
- lead the innovative delivery of new teaching and learning methodologies
- enhance the quality of teaching across the college in the pursuit of outstanding learning
- work with partner schools to develop training and school to school support.
