About the role

Are you a qualified teacher looking to share your knowledge and enthusiasm with the children across our schools at Wickersley Partnership Trust?

We're looking for Tutors (English, Maths, Science, MFL, History and Geography) to teach lessons one-on-one and in small groups in a variety of subjects - which may include working in primary schools, secondary schools or Sixth Form.

Sessions may take place in the school or online.

We are looking for compassionate, considerate, and adaptable Tutors and recent graduates who want to work in a more impactful capacity by offering intervention instruction to children who have difficulty learning in the classroom. Students may not be able to access the work to the necessary understanding level in a classroom environment due to disengagement from school or a variety of SEND or SEMH needs.

Students in secondary schools or Sixth Form may just need some extra help towards their revision for their exams and to cover parts of the curriculum that they may not have the strongest knowledge on.

As a Tutor within the Trust you will work closely with teaching staff and contribute to the assessment and learning needs of our students, providing feedback on progress and attainment.
