Enter the grades for Unit 1, Unit 2, optional internal assessed unit, Unit 3. Yellow highlighted column headings are the columns you edit/enter grades into.

Exam grades can be entered as a HM (high Merit). See lookup page to view how many UMS have been entered.

Calculates overall UMS, shows you how many more UMS needed for the next grade.

Allows you to advise students whether they should resit an examination, or even if maximum UMS from the exam would not change their overall grade.
Easy to use to then justify UCAS predictions.

Once the have sat an exam, you can manually enter their exact UMS. I advise leaving one row in the spreadsheet which has not been edited in case you need the formula again.

May be adapted to other extended certificate subjects where there are 4 units.
