Cells Revison Mat

Cells Revison Mat

Cells revision mat following AQA Cells scheme of work. I gave this out to my class at the start of the topic to allow them to work independently from throughout the topic but also acted as a help sheet throughout. It also worked well to base quiz questions from at the start of each lesson.

Photosynthesis A Level Biology A3 Overview revision diagram

Photosynthesis A Level Biology A3 Overview revision diagram

Large diagram of the process of photosynthesis inside a cell without any labeling whatsoever. Opportunity for students to annotate the structures inside a chloroplast, as well as the location of light dependent and light independent stages of photosynthesis. A full z scheme for non cyclic phosphorylation is included, as well as a diagram for cyclic and a diagram showing the membrane layout of the photosystems. Below there is an outline of the calvin cycle with just the number of carbon atoms represented at each stage so more revision opportunity here as well. The unbalanced formula tops the page with outlined letters - for further application the students can colour co-ordinate in the diagrams by colouring the different components of the forumla and relating that back to the different stages. Would also work well laminated for revision in class
