Based in Sutton, Overton Grange School is an Academy committed to providing excellent secondary education for the local community for boys and girls between the ages of 11 and 18. The school currently educates around 1,250 pupils and has been serving our local community since 1997.

We want Overton Grange to be a safe, challenging and happy community, which prepares learners of today for the demands and opportunities of tomorrow.
Overton Grange School hopes to give the children a challenging and enriching education. The school aims to provide equal opportunities for every student, no matter what background they come from. Overton Grange values students who take part in extra-curricular activities. Teachers encourage children to be a part of the local community. They also give each child the attention they need in order to increase their self-esteem. The establishment wants pupils to enjoy school life, to feel valued and protected.

“Pupils behave well during lessons and around the school’s site. Improved systems are in place to support staff when any low level disruption takes place. Pupils are polite and courteous and enjoy being in school. They are well supported by staff”.
“The school is a community were everyone is treated fairly and equally, and where pupils feel valued. Positive working relationships exist between staff and pupils. This ensures pupils feel safe. The school has experienced some turbulence, but leaders have now established stability and recent changes are having a positive impact”.
