We have a number of newly created Administrator roles, designed to expand our support for the delivery of exams, helping the potential and progression of students.

About the role

OCR (Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations) is a leading UK exam board. We provide qualifications which engage people of all ages and abilities at school, college, in work or through part-time learning programmes. Our general and vocational qualifications equip learners with the knowledge and skills they need for their future, helping them achieve their full potential.

As an Administrator, you will play an integral role in ensuring candidates get the results they deserve.

In this exciting and varied role, you will take responsibility for the timely and accurate delivery of an agreed set of operational processes. You will process and analyse data accurately, respond to customer queries, investigate issues and perform quality checks where appropriate. You will also establish collaborative working relationships with your colleagues, learning, and sharing best practice together.

About you

  • To be successful in this role, you will be:
  • Enthusiastic and proactive, with an aptitude for learning new skills and processes quickly and accurately.
  • Able to prioritise effectively by being flexible and resilient, particularly where deadlines may conflict.
  • Confident in communicating both over the phone, via video calls or through written communication.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Products (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word).
