The Art & Design department are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person to take on the role of an instructor in the Creative Arts Department, supporting our learners in their development of Art & Design skills through workshop in collaboration with teaching staff. The post is a 0.9FT position working at our Lichfield campuses and working with Routes and Level 1 learners, right upto Foundation Diploma students.  

This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the Creative  department, liaising with the teaching team and engaging with the learners to ensure they reach their full potential, monitoring their progress on the course and in motivating learners towards reaching their chosen progression route. 

To be successful you will have a recognised level 3 qualification in Art & Design, with sound knowledge and practice of creative Arts practical application. Candidates should also have a passion for working with students with additional complex and behaviour needs.
