Data and Compliance Manager

Hackney Campus

Salary: £37,457


We are looking for an experienced and innovative Manager for Data & Compliance within the Apprenticeships and Business Development directorate. 


The successful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating the day to day operations of the support and compliance team within the apprenticeships department, ensuring all enrolments, tracking and achievements is compliant with funding rules, audit requirements and timely.  The post holder will lead on the development and implementation of data monitoring and process, supporting the Group Executive Director – Apprenticeships & Business Development with managing KPIs, income and achievements.


The ideal candidate will have significant experience in ensuring that staff are effectively coached, deployed and developed in order to achieve the College’s strategic and operational targets.

 

Good communication skills, and a commitment to equal opportunities is essential for this post. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to support change/curriculum innovation within Higher Education programmes.
