An AISL Harrow School is seeking a Deputy Head (Academic - Whole School). This is an exciting opportunity to lead a newly established school with a globally recognised brand and be part of a world-class, international network. Well supported by the AISL Education Group, the Deputy head will play a critical role in driving the academic excellence of the School and building its reputation within the local and national context.

We are looking for a Hong Kong academic candidate who is able to establish, evaluate, and develop the strategic academic aims and standards of a Whole School ethos in partnership with students, staff, governors, HIMS personnel, and parents. He/she should Be responsible for the academic progress of students, establishing an innovative whole-school curriculum promoting excellence towards HKDSE and IB requirements, and the development of the school’s values.

Ideally, the candidate must have working experience and knowledge of the HKDSE curriculum of Hong Kong at class teaching, subject department leadership, and marking public examination assessment levels, with experience in HKDSE public examination administration, curriculum development at the CDC level, and IB curriculum teaching as a bonus.
