42hrs per week, Monday – Friday, term time only 


Limpsfield Grange is an innovative outstanding residential special school for autistic girls aged 11-16. We have an exciting opportunity in our innovative and dynamic residential team.

We are looking for an experienced individual to support the leadership of our Outstanding residential provision. You will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the National Minimum Standards for Residential Special Schools and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework.

The post is for 42 hours per week over 39 weeks. Candidates need to be flexible in the hours that they work and will be asked to undertake on call and weekly sleeping in duties.

NVQ3/Diploma 4 in Caring for Children and Young People or equivalent is essential.

About Limpsfield Grange School

Limpsfield Grange School is a residential special school for girls aged 11-16 with communication and interaction difficulties who benefit from the breadth of the full mainstream curriculum, but due to the anxiety arising from their sensory, social and communication difficulties are unable to manage the mainstream school environment.  We offer both day and residential places.

At Limpsfield Grange we work alongside our students to develop their confidence, their communication, independence and self-management skills and their knowledge.

We focus on helping our students to develop their identity and sense of self-esteem.  Our aim is to enhance the emotional and mental resilience of our students, which will enable them to be independent and active citizens in the future.
