You will have a strong commitment to the schools Three R’s: “Respect, Responsibility and Resilience”. We believe that children should be respectful of each other, should be resilient and able to problem solve and should be responsible for their own actions. We aspire to give children an outstanding start in their education to prepare them their future life so that they can become effective life-long learners.

We have a community feel achieved through the positive relationships built between school and the local community. The new Deputy will support the Headteacher and will be enthusiastic and keen to actively enhance those links and build relationships.
