Job Summary

This role involves leading the  Primary School and managing Key Stage 2. To provide and lead the strategic direction for the Primary School, in accordance with the aims of the school and the curricular policies determined by the Principal as mandated by BEAM. To raise standards of student attainment and achievement within the whole curriculum area and to monitor and support student progress. Manage and deploy teaching/support staff, financial and physical resources within the department effectively to support the department development plan.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Education, or related subject  
  • Master’s degree in Education (preferred) 
  • With UK Teaching/Leadership Qualification (PGCE, QTS,NPQH,NPQSL,NPQML) 
  • Expertise in the  Primary curriculum with minimum 3 to 5 years teaching experience  
  • A wide range of teaching experience with  primary aged children
