Westbourne School is the only co-educational independent school (350 pupils) in Sheffield offering first class education to Sheffield girls and boys from the age of 3 to 16. Our Modern Foreign Languages department teaches French and Spanish to GCSE with a high level of value-added success and enthusiastic take-up from Year 9. The successful candidate should be an experienced and successful teacher of both languages to GCSE level, and experience of curriculum leadership would be an advantage.

Westbourne School was founded in 1885 as a boys’ preparatory school. Girls joined In 1997, and a Senior School was opened in 2001.
