Do you have the drive, passion and commitment to deliver outstanding support? This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff at Buile Hill Academy, part of Consilium Academies who are committed to providing the best possible education for our pupils.

The role of the Head of Year will be to monitor, track and support all students in their year group to contribute to raising achievement, attendance and behaviour for students at Buile Hill Academy.   

You will provide pastoral care for students and be the first port of call for parents/carers. As a Head of Year, you will work closely with Attendance and Behaviour Leads to coordinate interventions for students and tracking progress. You will lead a team of Form Tutors in encouraging pupil’s academic, emotional, and social well-being. 

The successful candidate will present the best possible example of professional standards to colleagues.

Buile Hill Academy is an 11 – 16, co-educational, fully comprehensive community school, serving the inner city community of Salford.
