IT Services Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated IT professional with a passion for high standards of delivery to enhance and grow our exemplary, effective, and modern managed IT service across Prior Park Schools both in the UK and Gibraltar.

The IT Service Manager will take overall responsibility for prioritising critical tasks within the in-team support to include line management, system development, essential maintenance routines, support calls plus ongoing complex project work with the ability to balance competing areas. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and Finance, the central IT Team in Bath work closely with the Senior leadership Teams and Digital Learning Leads in ensuring strategy and systems support the educational vision for the Trust. The role requires significant engagement with a wide range of external and overseas stakeholders, overseeing IT provisions, and advising on all IT matters.
