Japanese Teacher

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Teacher of Japanese to join a passionate and talented team of linguists at one of the UK’s leading schools, where results in Modern Languages are excellent, facilities first-rate and our students enthusiastic about learning.

We require a teacher for approximately 6 35-minute lessons per week, ranging from beginners to GCSE and possibly beyond. We are able to be flexible on the days that these lessons are timetabled. 

A strong first degree in Language and Literature would be an advantage, along with the initiative to promote Japanese learning beyond the classroom.

Wycombe Abbey has its own salary scale which is well above that of the maintained sector.
