KS2 Class Teacher

This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is ambitious and keen to further their experience and is looking for opportunities to be part of a forward-thinking staff team. We are on a journey to secure good outcomes for every child. It is an exciting time to join our school family as we are in a period of embedding whole school improvement.

We are looking for a KS2 class teacher, who is committed, enthusiastic and dedicated and who will form good relationships with our children, staff and parents. We welcome applications from experienced teachers, who have a proven track record of excellent classroom practice. The children have asked for a teacher who, ‘Makes learning interesting and fun.’

The successful candidates will:

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of pupil attainment and progress
• Demonstrate good behaviour management
• Be committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning in an inspiring and creative learning environment
• Be able to challenge, inspire and support all children to reach their full potential
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to work effectively within the wider school team
• Support and embrace the ethos of this church school
• Lead a core subject within the school
