We are seeking to appoint a full time Labourer to join the Maintenance team at Shebbear College.
The working hours are 08:15 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
This is a fixed term contract until 28th October 2022.
Shebbear College is a small independent day and boarding school of around 300 pupils, for boys and girls aged from 4 – 18. Set in 85-acres of countryside between Dartmoor and Exmoor, it is an idyllic location in which to work. Class sizes are smaller than average throughout the school and we pride ourselves on knowing every pupil as an individual, recognising their potential and helping them to achieve their best, whatever that may be. This is what makes us special and stands us apart from other schools.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will report to the Head of Maintenance.
The work will involve general labouring, working with the Maintenance Department and Groundsman around the school campus. You will assist with daily and weekly tasks, keeping the campus clean and tidy, assisting trades. This is a varied role and involves manual labour.
A full driving licence would be an advantage.
