Learning Support Assistants
26.25 hours per week/term time Salary Range: Local Scale Grade 5 £9396-£9802
Fixed term contract – until 31st August 2018
We are seeking to appoint lively and well-motivated people to provide Classroom support to students with learning difficulties. Applicants must be sensitive to individual pupil needs and good communicators with good standards of literacy and numeracy. Support is offered in all areas of the curriculum.
Wreake Valley is a popular mixed 11 – 19 Academy on the outskirts of North West Leicestershire. Our most recent Ofsted Inspection in 2014 graded the school as ‘Good’ in all areas. The Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will need to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS.
