Opening in September 2018, NACIS Ningbo bilingual school will provide a state of the art, world-class teaching and learning environment with a total student capacity of 3,500. Providing a unique international learning experience, NACIS Ningbo will offer students the best of eastern and western education resources and philosophies for students aged 6-18. The bilingual program will be based on the Ningbo K-12 curriculum blended with globally respected international curriculum elements and teaching methods. Students will experience a solid foundation of Chinese culture, whilst equipping them with the knowledge and skills they will need to be successful in an increasingly globalized word.

About The Role
You will be an effective professional who will deliver the vision and ethos of the school which is centered on learning in a multilingual environment through a blended curriculum, offering students an international mindset whilst still nurturing pride and respect for their own culture and traditions.
We will look to you to promote high expectations for our students, designing learning activities that are aligned to our school’s curriculum and creating a learning culture where students feel confident to be socially, academically and personally ambitious. You will foster an environment of respect within the classroom, facilitating learning through questioning and discussion. About you
Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international, multilingual environment, you will bring a degree, a recognized teaching qualification and a minimum of two years teaching experience. Committed and creative, you will be reflective on your own teaching and student outcomes, seeking out and implementing new ideas and innovative practice to raise achievement.
Keen to collaborate and share your specialist expertise, you will be a fitting ambassador for the school. You will communicate with confidence across diverse audiences and situations, using your expertise to build strong relationships with parents and students.
You will also be able to meet visa-related restrictions of living and working in China.

Selection Process
The closing date for application is Monday 15th January 2018. First stage interviews will be conducted by Skype or telephone and final interviews will take place at our Strategic Alliance Nord Anglia Education Recruitment Event in central London in the week commencing Tuesday 30th January (alternative arrangements will be made for candidates who cannot attend in person).
