Job overview

There will be a vacancy for a part-time Teacher of Mathematics (0.7FTE) as of 1 September 2022. The successful candidate will be an appropriately well-qualified graduate capable of teaching Mathematics to GCSE and ‘A’ level. An ability to teach, or enthusiasm to develop, Further Mathematics would be an advantage.  

Applications are invited from both experienced teachers and those new to the profession to join a strong and successful Mathematics Department. For an Early Career Teacher, statutory induction and full support is provided along with opportunities for professional development courses within mathematics. 

The College is a Catholic Independent Grammar School for boys aged 11-18 with a thriving Co-educational Sixth Form. We are noted for outstanding levels of academic achievement at both GCSE and A Level, exemplary student behaviour and a caring ethos.
