We are seeking to recruit a part-time (0.8 FTE) Teacher of Physical Education to work on a temporary basis of one term, ending 31st May 2023. This role offers part-time hours working Monday-Thursday.

The right candidate will have an ability to develop, plan and deliver high quality and engaging learning experiences to all learners from KS3 to KS5. The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified, with the ability to challenge and engage learners through a passion for Physical Education. We are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to excellence and achieving the very best for all of our students.

Guiseley School is an 11-18 fully inclusive school situated in a small town in the City of Leeds in West Yorkshire. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it is now a suburb of north west Leeds and close to the stunning Dales. The school is part of a Co-operative Trust established in 2014. The school works jointly with a number of local schools to promote the welfare and success of the children of Aireborough. As part of the local community, Guiseley School has a firm reputation for high standards in both behaviour and academic endeavour. The Governing Board is keen to continue this traditional understanding of the school and to develop its reputation for excellence.
