Raha International School, Khalifa City Campus (RIS KCC) are seeking a qualified Pre-K Teacher to join their 'outstanding' IB World School in Abu Dhabi.
Start date: January 2023.
The Role
RIS KCC are incredibly excited to announce the opening of their first Pre-K grade; the KCC Minis! This new grade level aims to build on the existing outstanding Early Years Department and give the littlest learners the best possible start to their education.
The KCC Minis will start in January 2023 with one class and will cater to a maximum of 20 students aged 3–4 years (the equivalent to FS1 / Pre-K). In August 2023 this will expand to 4 classes. Through a child-led, inquiry-based curriculum children will enjoy fun, exciting experiences that will create curious explorers and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
This expansion creates an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Pre-K/FS1 Teacher to join the established, specialist EY provision, in the impressive purpose-built Raha campus in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi.

Requirements
The successful applicant will:
- Have a B.Ed. in Early Years/Primary Education or a degree in Early Years / Early Childhood and a relevant Teaching qualification
- Have at least two years’ experience working in a reputable IB/UK/US curriculum school
- Have successful, proven experience teaching Pre-K / FS1
- Be willing to embrace working in a start-up school/team by being a team player
- Be able to join Raha International School KCC in January 2023
