Sedbergh Prep School and the Mulberry Bush Nursery are located in idyllic surroundings in the Lune Valley and at the foot of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Alongside Sedbergh Senior School, the Prep School has enjoyed great success in recent years and pupil numbers are buoyant. With a full range of boarding options at the Prep School, the vast majority of our pupils progress to the Senior School at Year 9.

The Prep School and Nursery Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of a marketing strategy to increase recruitment and retention of domestic pupils in all year groups. Reporting directly to the Headmaster, working closely alongside the Prep School Registrar and with the support of the Senior School, their strategic vision will be a vital part of the School’s continued success. The ideal candidate will have experience of marketing and public relations in independent education, though a commercial background may also be suitable provided they demonstrate a sensitivity and understanding of our sector. Overseas recruitment for both Senior and Prep is handled by a separate International Marketing Manager.

This is a full time, permanent position. Hours and days will be as follows:

· Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm
