We are seeking an ambitious, values-driven senior administrator to lead recruitment activity for our national teacher training programme.

Our national school-based programme recruits and trains the next generation of teachers. As Programme Administration Manager for United Teaching, you will play a part in creating better futures for young people.

Experienced in programme administration, you will be a talented, inspiring leader with an instinct for customer service. Organised and efficient, you will place a high value on process and attention to detail. Agile and adaptable, you will enjoy taking ownership of the programme administration, and will be a champion of continuous improvement.

Leading a small professional team, this is a role which offers a real opportunity to make an impact. In return, we offer excellent benefits and a supportive, friendly and professional work environment.

Why choose us?

We are part of United Learning, a large, and growing group aiming to offer a life-changing education to children and young people across England.

As a Group, we can reward our staff better: with good career opportunities, better pay, benefits, and ultimately, the satisfaction of helping children to succeed. We invest in an ongoing group-wide wellbeing programme. It's an ethos we call ‘the best in everyone’.

We are working hard to become a more diverse organisation – which is key to our commitment to bringing out the best in everyone. We welcome applications from everyone committed to this ethos and would particularly welcome applications from black and minority ethnic candidates, who are currently under-represented in the Group as a whole. We always appoint on merit. We are open to discussing flexible working options.
