Job Descrition:

1.To ensure that all students and staff are effective users of library materials and other information

2.To be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the school library

3.To select and order books required by school

4.To receive, sort, catalog and bar-code all new items

5.To return books to shelves, repair damaged books and maintain catalogue

6. To take care that the library discipline is maintained by its users 

7. To manage and promote a wide range of resources in a variety of formats, traditional and electronic, and where appropriate, the equipment to access them 

8.To enable teaching staff to maintain a high level of awareness of professional development and relevant resources through the provision of appropriate professional materials and information

9.To support the educational aims and objectives of the school, and monitor the effectiveness of the library as a learning resource centre

We Have Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Relevant Librarian certification

3. At least two years relevant librarian experience

4. Native level English speaker

5. Knowledge, understanding and competence in ICT with a good knowledge of computers and computer software

6. Ability to manage and disseminate information in a range of different media

7. Knowledge of the education framework

These courses will include STEAM, sports, Arts, the Analects of Confucius, Beauty Shaping and other courses.
