About Us

Doha College is a high profile leading British International School, for children aged 3-18, offering a well-balanced, all-embracing curriculum that follows the UK National Curriculum. In 2018 it was the first High Performance Learning accredited school in the world and consistently has outstanding educational and extra-curricular achievements and excellent examination results at all stages. The 90,000m² state-of-the-art, 6 form entry primary and 10 form entry secondary campus opened in Al Wajba in September 2020.

About You

The successful candidate will support the Principal and Board of Governors in further developing this leading British international High-Performance-Learning Primary School, which is committed to academic excellence within an anti-racist, inclusive and equitable organization.  An understanding of cultural sensitivities within the Middle East is paramount to being successful in this role.

They will be a member of the college’s leadership group and responsible for the strategic development of the Primary School, and teaching and learning from Pre-School to Key Stage 2.  He/she will monitor the College Development Plan relating to the Primary School, ensuring that teaching & learning and general education standards are of the highest level through vigorous self-review and quality assurance.  

Valuing the importance of recruiting and retaining the best staff, the professional development offering is significant. Doha College has its own CPD academy and offers accredited training across the school and at all levels.
