Job overview

Responsible for: Working under the direction of the Business Manager to line manage the site team and oversee the management of contracted services at Havant Academy. 

Purpose: To be accountable for and manage the site and premises at Havant Academy to ensure the site is secure, clean, safe and fit for purpose. 

To work with the Business Manager to ensure that all site related matters are dealt with in an efficient, effective and consistent manner, pre-planned maintenance programme is in place and there are safe systems in place to manage contractors and third parties, ensuring the best value and practice is provided.


Main Core Duties:  

To provide a comprehensive facilities management service to include: 

  • Management & Monitoring
  • Health, Safety & Compliance
  •  Maintenance
  • Caretaking & Cleaning
  • Contract Management
  •  Site Security & Systems  
  • Operational Duties
