Brinsworth Academy is the founding member academy of the Learning Engagement and Achievement Partnership MAT, which currently comprises 2 secondary schools with another secondary school converting to join the trust imminently.

Brinsworth Academy is a 2022 Ofsted "Good" 11-18 academy, situated near Rotherham in South Yorkshire. There are 1,435 students on the academy roll, including over 200 students in the sixth form. It gained academy status in October 2010 and is part of the New Collaborative Learning Trust. It also has a specialism in science.
