Are you an experienced health or care professional looking to support others on their journey to achieving their health or care career goals? If so, a career in education might be right for you.
We are looking for an inspirational Trainer Facilitator to support the training and development of the health and care workforce across the Southwest Peninsular.
Trainer Facilitators provide academic and pastoral support for a caseload of learners across a range of settings and platforms. The Trainer Facilitator assesses via both theory and practical assessment methods in line with internal procedures and awarding body requirements. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant vocational qualification at Level 3 or above and have recent industry experience. Whilst assessing and internal verification qualifications are desirable, they are not essential as training can be provided. If not already held, you must also be willing to attain a teaching qualification within the College’s specified timescale.
Good organisation, time management and team working skills, along with the ability to work on own initiative are essential for this role
